Short-Term Rental Management

I was honestly nervous about turning over the management of my short-term rental at first. It’s hard to trust someone else with your property, your guests, and the income it brings in. But working with F & G has completely changed how I feel about it.

They handle the day-to-day issues, guest communication, scheduling, and all the little problems that used to take up my time and energy. I don’t have to constantly check messages, worry about what needs to be handled next, or deal with every small issue that comes up. I get updates when I need them, and then once a month I receive my payment.

For the first time, owning a short-term rental actually feels like passive income instead of a second job. The peace of mind alone has been worth it. I’m extremely happy with the service and would absolutely recommend them to anyone who wants to own a rental without having to manage every detail themselves.

Emergency Snow Removal

Five stars without hesitation. After a heavy storm I was completely stuck in my driveway and needed to get out. I called F & G and they came over right away, even though it was basically an emergency call with no notice. They cleared enough snow to get the driveway open and usable again and got me out of a situation I really didn’t know how I was going to handle. When you’re snowed in, showing up when someone actually needs you means a lot. I’ll definitely be calling them again.

Deck Build

We hired F & G Home Maintenance to build a deck on the back of our house, and it turned into a much more complicated job than anyone originally expected. There were issues involving another homeowner that made parts of the project difficult, along with a few things that had to be figured out as the work progressed. What impressed us was that they kept working through the problems instead of walking away from them. Communication stayed good, they explained what needed to happen and kept finding solutions until the deck was finished. The final result looks great, feels solid and is exactly what we wanted. It wasn’t the easiest project, but we’re very happy with how it came together.

Living Room & Bathroom Remodel

We hired F & G Home Maintenance to completely remodel our living room and bathroom. The project ended up taking longer than originally expected, which was frustrating at times, but communication stayed good throughout the job and we always knew where things stood. What mattered most in the end was the quality of the work. The flooring, trim, paint, fixtures and finishing details all came together really well, and both rooms look completely different now. I would have loved for it to be finished sooner, but I’d rather have work done right than rushed. We’re very happy with how everything turned out.

Lawn Care

F & G has been taking care of our lawn and the yard always looks great when they’re finished. They’re sometimes a little later getting here than expected, especially when things are busy, but the quality of the work has always been consistent. The grass is cut evenly, the edges are cleaned up and they don’t leave clippings and mess behind when they leave. I care more about the yard looking good when the job is done than someone racing through it just to stay on a schedule. Definitely recommend them.

Lawn Care

We’ve used F & G several times for mowing and general lawn care and have been really happy with them. They take the time to make the property look finished instead of just running the mower over it and leaving. The edges are clean, everything gets blown off afterward and the whole yard looks noticeably better. They can occasionally run a little behind schedule, but they’ve always gotten the job done and done it well. Five stars from us.
